Job Summary
Technical lead for high-priority Juniper networks customer issues (MX/PTX routers, EX/QFX switches) with ownership of resolution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ongoing knowledge transfer. Build trust-based relationships with assigned accounts; manage sensitive issues to restore network services; contribute to reliability and serviceability improvements; participate in customer conference calls and face-to-face meetings; develop skills and document solutions (White Papers, KB, Troubleshooting Guides); maintain proactive, customer-focused documentation and drive team performance improvements. Strong troubleshooting across routing, switching, and security, with experience in large-scale IP networks, enterprise customers, and professional communication. Preferred certifications include CCNP/CCIE or Juniper equivalents; knowledge of Python/automation, Linux/FreeBSD/macOS, and network management concepts (QoS, NAT, MPLS).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
