Network Support Technician

Execute assigned support tickets, tasks, and shifts to ensure fast resolution, while professionally handling guest phone calls during assigned rotations. Resolve complex tickets by collaborating with Senior Support or Systems Engineers, and perform preventive maintenance following defined guidelines and scripts. Coordinate remote support activities and project execution with field technicians and subcontractors, conducting handovers including the preparation of final technical reports. Ensure full compliance with Technical Consultancy processes and company standards. This role requires fluency in English and knowledge of network protocols within a network operations center environment in Maia, Portugal.
