Job Summary
Provide Tier I/II technical support for DoD customers, deploy and sustain mission-critical systems, and train operators/administrators. Travel to customer locations up to 25% to support installations and exercises. Configure, deploy, and validate DMSAT and Mobile Device Management across Android/iOS/Windows/Linux; support MDM enrollment, configuration, and connectivity; analyze logs; escalate to engineering as needed. Conduct on-site and remote technical instruction, develop training materials and SOPs, and ensure compliance with safety, security, and contractual requirements. Collaborate with Air Force personnel and government stakeholders, maintain deployment and support documentation, and deliver end-user training and operational guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Network Engineering, Systems Administration, Technical Support, Tactical Communications, Deployment Operations, or related technical disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years supporting Department of Defense, Federal Government, or military communications environments
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification or equivalent certification that satisfies DoD 8570/8140
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification (required)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Linux, Android and iOS Mobile Platforms
- Knowledge of MDM solutions, Active Directory and LDAP Administration, Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud Services
- Experience with VPN technologies, PKI, X.509, Certificate Authorities, and secure communications
- Ability to review and analyze system, application, and network logs; troubleshoot complex issues; train personnel
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; must possess at least a Secret Security Clearance; background investigations/drug testing as required
- Relevant experience with TAK software (TAK Server Administration, ATAK/WinTAK Client Configuration, TAK Infrastructure Deployment) and DISA STIGs
