Job Summary
Senior Network Support Technician role requiring TS/SCI clearance; responsible for monitoring and responding to complex hardware/software problems, leading Tier I/II support at remote field and garrison sites, troubleshooting and maintaining network components, administering desktop/server systems, managing cryptographic devices/keys, deploying secure communications, training end users, and supporting on-site operations with travel to Fort Cavazos. Travel up to 10-25%; on-site daily support; CI Polygraph possible for specific roles. Must have extensive network administration knowledge, hardware/software familiarity, security clearance, and DoD 8570.01-M IAT II/8140 certifications or equivalents.
