Job Summary
Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise networking infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and security platforms; configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Palo Alto, Prisma, and related devices; manage BGP/OSPF, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, VPNs, and network segmentation; utilize SolarWinds and other tools for performance monitoring; perform hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and documentation; provide tier-2/3 support for escalated incidents and service requests.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Experience supporting Cisco Catalyst switching, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Palo Alto, Prisma, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN connectivity
- Experience troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, carrier circuits, and network security technologies
- Experience with SolarWinds and network monitoring platforms
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
