Job Summary
Network Success Specialist at Compass International Holdings in Madison, NJ, focused on enhancing the broker experience within the CIH Leads Network. You will provide operational and system support, ensure data integrity and SOP compliance for broker onboarding and lifecycle events, maintain broker records and territory assignments, deliver timely Help Desk support, conduct detailed data entry, facilitate broker-to-broker referrals with proper documentation and revenue tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges, and support broker and agent adoption of CIH products and technology while assisting ad hoc projects.
