Job Summary
Network Strategy Manager responsible for designing and shaping the future logistics network, using long-term forecasts to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and improvement. Develop strategically robust, fully costed business cases to support key investments, translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders, and prepare board-level materials. Collaborate across the supply chain with operational leaders, supply chain specialists, and automation experts, continually review network performance, and adapt plans to keep the network competitive and future-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of developing strategic programmes aligned to wider corporate or business objectives
- Demonstrable knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations in a retail or similar environment
- Experience of applying network modelling concepts at a strategic level to inform decision making
- Proven ability to develop detailed, financially robust business cases using data and insights
- Demonstrable experience of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across a complex, multi-functional organisation
