Job Summary
Own end-to-end operations for assigned oncology network partners from contract execution onward, ensuring full activation of clinical programs and sustained physician engagement through enrollment, advocacy, and referrals. Partner with on-site staff to execute roll-outs, manage EHR integration, and resolve implementation issues while driving quarterly business reviews and advisory board activities. Build repeatable playbooks for partner management and scale engagement across the network by monitoring performance metrics and surfacing gaps. Support the BD team during contract signing with operational insight to shape deal terms. This role requires regular travel to partner sites and is based remotely within the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or partnership roles within oncology, healthcare, or life sciences, ideally with direct exposure to clinical research and research site operations
- Working knowledge of how oncology research and physicians operate, including academic/community research workflows, practice business administration
- Experience with large health systems, including navigating multi-stakeholder relationships and organizational complexity
- Demonstrated strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Program or implementation management experience, including cross-functional coordination
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and executive presence
- Bachelor's degree required
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
- Must be available for travel to partner sites
