Job Summary

Conduct systems engineering tasks covering major design, integration, and implementation of hardware, software, and support facilities. Provide quality assurance reviews of new and existing software products while analyzing requirements for integrated IT solutions. Develop system test strategies and direct overall system-level testing, including creating, modifying, and customizing computer applications and utility programs. Analyze user needs to design software solutions and optimize operational efficiency, potentially supervising computer programmers. Research and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software for diverse computing applications. Set operational specifications and formulate software requirements, applying principles of computer science and mathematical analysis. Requires a Top Secret security clearance and four years of relevant technical experience.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field
  • Four years (4+) of relevant technical experience
  • Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
  • Must be able to twist, bend, and squat periodically
  • Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level
  • May be required to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance upon hire
  • US Citizenship
