Job Summary
Monitor network performance and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless systems. Manage all aspects of IT operations such as server maintenance, software updates, and troubleshooting. Administer firewall integration and oversee vendor management while ensuring optimal system performance. Requires Cisco Certified Network Associate certification and five years of experience in network operations and Cisco administration.
Required Qualifications
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- 5 years in an operational role with a strong background on Cisco administration and equipment
- 5 years network infrastructure experience
- 5 years network operations management
- 5 years vendor management
- 5 years understanding of Firewall integration into network services
- In depth knowledge of L2 and L3 routing as well as routing protocols with emphasis on OSPF
- Routers, Switches and Wireless infrastructure
- Relevant IT qualification or Certificate
- 5 years of experience in an Information Technology position
