Job Summary
Support the LHC agency migration initiative by executing re-IP activities across approximately 530 agencies and maintaining stable, secure, and reliable enterprise LAN/WAN connectivity. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and telecommunications issues escalated from first-level support teams while installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco Meraki infrastructure. Monitor network availability, uptime, and infrastructure health across distributed environments, documenting configurations and procedures per organizational standards. Collaborate with network engineers and stakeholders on implementations and migrations, leveraging enterprise AI tools for troubleshooting and automation. This role requires 7+ years of LAN/WAN and network troubleshooting experience, with a 90% weekly usage expectation for AI tools.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years LAN/WAN Networking experience
- 7+ years Network Troubleshooting experience
- 7+ years TCP/IP experience
- 7+ years Network Hardware & Telecom Equipment experience
- 7+ years Experience in an ITIL environment
- Proficiency with enterprise-approved AI and GenAI tools
- Experience with Cisco Meraki technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity, performance, and telecommunications issues
- Ability to install, configure, maintain, patch, and support network and telecommunications equipment
- Ability to monitor network availability, uptime, and overall infrastructure health
- Ability to collaborate with network engineers, project teams, and business stakeholders
- Ability to deliver technical guidance and support to end users and IT teams
- Ability to document network configurations, procedures, and operational activities
- Experience leveraging enterprise AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot) for troubleshooting, documentation, analysis, and automation
