Job Summary
The Network/Server Engineer will serve as a tier 3 escalation for the Network Operations Center, supporting Fulcrum clients. Responsibilities include reporting metrics, troubleshooting network and server equipment issues, integrating new clients into Managed Services, maintaining SEIM, overseeing technical documentation, and training junior engineers. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of IT experience, project management skills, and strong troubleshooting abilities, along with skills in Microsoft Server, virtualization technologies, and networking.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) or IT operations role
- Strong experience working with RMM and PSA systems
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to interact effectively with employees, management and customers
- Ability to coach and mentor employees
