Network Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Conduct network analysis and routing evaluations to develop, enhance, and maintain intermodal transportation networks across the United States and Canada. Manage routing updates and network configurations to support operational efficiency, service reliability, and strategic growth initiatives. Perform routing system mass updates for transportation costs, transit times, and network parameters to ensure system accuracy. Participate in cost reviews and financial assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings and profitability enhancement. Lead contingency planning activities to mitigate service disruptions and maintain customer commitments. Analyze network performance and recommend optimization strategies that improve cost, transit time, capacity utilization, and overall service quality. Partner with technology and business teams to define system requirements, support testing activities, and assist with the rollout of new tools and processes. Serve as point of contact for day-to-day inquiries related to network design, routing, and estimated transit times. Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools that provide visibility into network performance, costs, and service trends. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable business decisions
- Advanced data analysis capabilities, including identifying trends and root causes
- Strong financial acumen with experience evaluating transportation costs, profitability impacts, and business tradeoffs
- End-to-end supply chain thinking with the ability to understand upstream and downstream impacts of network decisions
- Experience with network optimization, transportation management systems, and operational planning tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex network concepts to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated positive attitude, curiosity, learning agility, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of intermodal transportation, rail networks, routing strategies, and logistics operations preferred
