Job Summary
Manage daily operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for network devices, firewalls, VPNs, web proxies, and load balancers. Configure and maintain network security boundaries, including troubleshooting, OS installation, and implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for implementation, diagnosis, and resolution of system issues. Optimize system operations, perform capacity analysis, and communicate status escalations to agency management. Requires TS/SCI clearance, five years of NSSA experience, and relevant vendor certifications.
Required Qualifications

- Five (5) years experience as a NSSA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of NSSA experience
- DoD approved 8570 Baseline Certification for IAT Level II
- Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewall Engineer (NGFE)
- Sonicwall Network Security Certification (Administrator (SNSA) or Professional (SNSP))
- Cisco Enterprise Certification (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE)
