Job Summary
Support and secure a multi-site network across warehouse and office locations. Responsibilities include maintaining and supporting network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless), monitoring performance, troubleshooting network issues, implementing and managing security tools (firewalls, endpoint protection, IDS/IPS), conducting vulnerability assessments, and supporting secure remote access and user access controls.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of network and/or cybersecurity experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security tools
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments
- Experience in multi-site or distribution environments preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications (Network+, Security+, CCNA)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Knowledge of ERP or warehouse systems
