Job Summary
Network Security Product Director leads strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution for a global portfolio of network security solutions. You will own the strategy, vision, and KPIs, mentor a team of product owners (firewalls, segmentation, VPN, NACs, zero trust), partner with CISO and Network Services leadership, drive automation initiatives to improve service delivery, and translate technical security requirements into business value propositions for executive audiences in a highly regulated, enterprise environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in product management, including 5 years in cybersecurity or network security domains
- 5 years of people management experience leading product management or technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Deep understanding of network security technologies including firewalls, micro segmentation, zero trust, network access controls, and VPNs
- Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating build vs. buy decisions
- Experience translating technical security requirements into business value propositions for executive audiences
