Network Security & Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, firewalls, and wireless access points. Manage day-to-day operations, monitor availability, and develop technical documentation for reliable agency systems. Lead cybersecurity initiatives by implementing controls, conducting risk assessments, and coordinating incident response and vulnerability remediation. Serve as a technical liaison to the Office of Technology and Innovation Cyber division and citywide partners to ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT frameworks. Partner with internal business units and vendors to align security solutions with operational needs while providing guidance on infrastructure standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
  • associate degree from an accredited college or university along with two (2) years of experience with administrative, analytic, coordinative, supervisory or liaison responsibilities
  • four-year high school diploma, or its educational equivalent approved by a state's Department of Education or a recognized accrediting organization along with four (4) years of experience as described in question 2 above
  • satisfactory combination of education and/or experience equivalent to that described in questions 1, 2, and/or 3 above
