Job Summary
Design, deploy, and manage enterprise network security solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Configure and administer Fortinet, SonicWall, and Palo Alto firewalls while implementing VPNs, IPS/IDS, web filtering, and segmentation policies. Monitor security events using SIEM, XDR, and SOC platforms to investigate incidents and support response activities. Manage firewall policies, Zero Trust Network Access, and SD-WAN/SASE solutions. Conduct vulnerability assessments and collaborate with infrastructure teams to secure AWS and Azure environments. Participate in on-call rotations for critical incident handling.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto Networks, SIEM solutions, SASE, SD-WAN, endpoint security, and threat detection platforms
- Experience with one or more: Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel, LogRhythm, ArcSight, Elastic SIEM
- Knowledge of: SOC operations, Threat hunting, Log correlation, MITRE ATT&CK framework, Incident response, Threat intelligence integration
- Experience with AWS Security
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Security
- Experience with Hybrid cloud networking
- Experience with Cloud firewall management
- Knowledge of: Security Groups / NSGs
- Knowledge of: Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Knowledge of: EDR/XDR platforms
- Knowledge of: CrowdStrike
- Knowledge of: Microsoft Defender
- Knowledge of: SentinelOne
- Knowledge of: Endpoint hardening
- Knowledge of: DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- Knowledge of: Email security solutions
- Strong understanding of: TCP/IP
- Strong understanding of: Routing & Switching
- Strong understanding of: VLANs
- Strong understanding of: BGP / OSPF
- Strong understanding of: DNS / DHCP
- Strong understanding of: Load Balancing
- Strong understanding of: Network troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
