Network & Security Architecture Manager (Transition Manager)

Job Summary
Interim role leading a four-person network and security architecture team to define and drive the architecture strategy for network and security domains (LAN, WLAN, SSE, SD-WAN, and datacenters) with immediate impact. Responsible for onboarding, governance cadence, priorities, and roadmap delivery (0–30 days; 30–90 days; updated architecture principles and target states; handover pack for permanent manager). Requires ability to coordinate with cybersecurity, operations, and external vendors, and to deliver risk mitigation and service stability. Technical context emphasizes enterprise networking, SD-WAN, SSE, firewalling, WLAN/LAN, data centers, and cloud networking (AWS). Fluency in English and demonstrated capacity for stakeholder management in an international environment. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise networking, including significant architecture experience and proven experience in team management or technical leadership
- Experience leading a team of network and security architects (4 people) and delivering architecture strategy for LAN, WLAN, SSE, SD-WAN, and datacenters
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in an international environment; strong prioritization and pragmatic balancing of long-term architecture principles with operational constraints
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Hands-on and practical experience in enterprise networking concepts and cloud networking (AWS)
