NETWORK & SECURITY ANALYST

Network & Security Analyst responsible for first- and second-level support for network and security-related incidents in a 24x7 environment; provides consultancy on availability and functionality of services, ensures SLA compliance, handles NMS alerts and escalations, performs remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, and coordinates with internal teams and third-party vendors to restore service. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent professional degree and 1+ year of NOC/Data Centre experience; NSE/CCNA/Aruba certifications are preferred. Hybrid working model available.
