Job Summary
Cable Tray Network Scheduler is a key role in Eaton's supply chain, owning short-term finished goods availability and exception management for the value stream across markets with supply-demand imbalances. Responsibilities include developing timely plans and the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for 0–12 weeks, coordinating a CoE team to deliver the MPS, driving schedule adherence with operations, analyzing KPIs to improve cash, cost, and customer service, managing capacity and material constraint escalations, and collaborating across functions to minimize risk and maximize service while controlling inventory and cost. The role requires scenario planning, root-ccause analysis, and strong cross-functional collaboration with demand, supply, and material planners, buyers, and production schedulers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of Supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment (Materials Management, Inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP...)
