Job Summary
Oversee compliance processes for InnovAge PACE/LIFE contracted facility providers from initial audit to issue resolution. Conduct routine audits of resident care housing providers, monitor survey results, and prepare reports for center leadership. Facilitate resolution of care or quality issues, implement corrective actions, and coordinate follow-up through ongoing account management. Provide support to center leadership on contractual compliance, perform desk reviews of internal data, and assist with policy development. Onboard contracted facilities and travel between local centers and targeted housing facilities for network expansion and investigations. Act as the first point of contact for facility inquiries while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidance and mitigating risk to participants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an appropriate clinical discipline or public health
- Valid state issued driver's license
- Personal transportation
- Safe driving record
- Auto insurance as required by law
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with current and relevant knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations for Long-Term Care and Assisted Living facilities
- A minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly
Desired Qualifications
- An R.N/LPN or Clinical degree/license
- Clinical equivalent to R.N/LPN or Clinical degree/license
- Current knowledge of P.A.C.E. Regulations
