Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of task order delivery for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, serving as the Contractor's Point of Contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative. Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions across multiple locations while maintaining senior-level client interfaces. Formulate and review task plans, ensure conformance with program schedules and costs, and establish technical and financial reports to demonstrate project progress. Manage teams of contract support personnel and delegate responsibilities to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks. Requires a Bachelor's degree, ten years of experience managing complex projects for federal agencies, and relevant certifications such as PMP or ITIL.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP
- Be proficient in project management
- have knowledge of security and compliance issues
- Bachelor's degree in related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications
- A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in organizing, directing, and managing contract operation support functions and multiple complex and inter-related projects for a large, complex Federal agency
