Job Summary
Proactively spec solutions that best meet customer needs while ensuring diligent compliance against tender requirements. Produce accurate and timely Bill of Materials (BoM) and supervise requirement gathering activities including site surveys. Support sales teams with visits to customer premises as needed and effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders. Leverage strong relationships with major OEMs like Cisco, Juniper, and Arista to drive deal wins. This role requires a Manager or Senior Manager level professional with 10+ years of experience in active and passive networking, capable of self-driven execution within SECCOM's transparent, open culture.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of major Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) (like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Arista etc) and their product portfolio
- Understanding of network architectures and the role of various networking components
- Very strong understanding of active and Passive networking components
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Hardworking and motivated self-starter
- Initiative and enthusiasm for learning
- 10+years of relevant experience
- Good relationships with major OEMs
- Strong ability to proactively spec solutions that best meet customer needs and improves our chances of winning the deal
- Strong ability to do diligent compliance against requirements, tenders released by customers
- Produce accurate and timely BoM (Bill of Materials)
- Supervise requirement gathering activities like site survey
- Support sales teams with visits to customer premises as needed
- Effectively communicate with all relevant stakeholders
- 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday except the second and fourth Saturday of every month
- Open Positions in Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi
