Job Summary
Network Planning Manager role managing route performance and profitability, improving punctuality via technology and frontline feedback, identifying local growth initiatives through analysis and business cases, and coordinating fleet and staff deployment with local teams across Ashford, Hastings and Eastbourne. 1-year fixed contract, collaborative and analytical candidate with bus scheduling experience and familiarity with Stagecoach South East operations. Experience with Optibus is a plus. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration to shape network changes from initiation to implementation.
