Job Summary
Network Performance Manager responsible for proactively identifying and assessing operational risks related to service providers and agent banks, managing escalations, conducting service reviews, and leveraging data analysis to improve provider performance. Collaborates with internal partners and external providers to ensure delivery of high-quality services across Markets, Securities Services, Asset & Wealth Management, and Commercial Banking. Leads incident and crisis management, supports process, controls, and system enhancements, maintains SLAs, and communicates with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of risk awareness and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong operational knowledge related to markets and/or securities services businesses
- Proven aptitude for risk management, compliance, and oversight
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective project management skills
- Experience in process, control, or system enhancements
- Ability to influence and shape successful outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
