Job Summary
Contribute to developing and monitoring Ayvens’ after-sales and service network. Responsible for supporting network monitoring, ensuring adherence to existing procedures, and assisting with audits and inspections of the network. Aid in scouting and verifying standards for new service structures, provide training and updates on policies and procedures, and coordinate with automaker relationships to keep the official network up to date. Collaborate with the network to generate process efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction; interface with internal areas to support network operations; assist the Technical Service team with handling customer cases and technical downtime issues; participate in periodic reviews and action plans to address indicators not meeting objectives. Maintain alignment with operational procedures and proactively flag risks, proposing mitigation actions in line with Ayvens policies.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in technical-specialist institutes or a degree in scientific disciplines
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills
- Relational ability with various interlocutors
- Proactivity, responsibility, critical thinking
- Passion for the automotive sector
- English knowledge (B1)
