Job Summary
Own intake, triage, and resolution management for day-to-day assistance partner inquiries covering operational, eligibility, billing, and service concerns. Serve as the primary internal point of contact for global partners, maintaining structured case logs and coordinating cross-functional workflows to drive timely resolution. Maintain the assistance partner database and documentation repository, ensuring accuracy, version control, and audit readiness for contracts and risk assessments. Develop and report operational KPIs including inquiry volumes, SLA attainment, and payment aging trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements. Train internal teams on partner programs and workflows while supporting contract negotiations and vendor governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare, insurance, global networks/assistance, vendor operations, or related operational support roles
- High-speed Internet (75 Mbps minimum) for remote work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with assistance partners (or comparable external operational partners/vendors)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, CoPilot, SharePoint)
- Experience with case/workflow tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, ServiceNow/Jira, Power BI)
- International health insurance experience
