Network Order Entry Specialist (Associate)

Network Order Entry Specialist will support the provisioning lifecycle across order entry, order preparation, solution design, and circuit activation. Responsibilities include updating the configuration management database, allocating building components, modules, ports, and cross-connections; maintaining non-conforming circuit lists; supporting DISA projects using Government CMDBs to develop Master Circuit Lists and affected trunks; developing Method of Precedence (MOP) for circuit transitions based on redundancy and dependencies; and tracking the status of service requests, MCLs, and CTPs in the government tracking repository. On-site in Columbus, OH with a day shift and flexibility for swing or alternate hours.
