Job Summary

NOCC Engineer responsible for monitoring and maintaining Global Network infrastructure & services, serving as first responders in incident response, coordinating with IT teams and 3rd-party providers to ensure availability of systems for internal users and external members. Responsibilities include actively monitoring and troubleshooting incidents, organizing and controlling incident response, monitoring consoles and alerts, investigating issues, timely updates/escalations/resolutions of network tickets, daily health checks to ensure uptime and SLA compliance, liaison with customers/vendors/carriers, implementing standard network changes, collaborating on migrations/upgrades, commissioning/decommissioning network equipment and circuits, and documenting SOPs/KBAs/RCAs/network diagrams. CCNA / Equivalent certification is mandatory (within 6 months of joining, if not certified already). Desired skills include extensive routing & switching experience (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP), Cisco/Arista hardware, firewall and VPN concepts, monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk), basic GCP understanding, and scripting knowledge (Python / Ansible / Terraform). Required Qualifications

  • GCP cloud understanding

  • Ability to collaborate across departments
  • Weekend shifts willingness
