Network Operator (REF5633N)

Register and assign IT and network faults to appropriate resolution teams. Diagnose and resolve first-level network outages using IT tools. Monitor network equipment within an automated monitoring system. Execute proactive fault resolution to prevent predictable outages. Log incidents and manage tickets in the ticketing system. This role operates on a 0/24 shift schedule. Candidates must possess strong intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with German language skills being a plus. The position requires high computer affinity, precision, and a customer-oriented problem-solving mindset.
