Maintain key network KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability. Provide first-level support and fault restoration for mobile, transmission, and fixed networks, including facilities, on a 24x7 standby shift. Schedule and execute preventive maintenance while adhering to ISO 9001:2015 compliance and managing corrective maintenance. Support site rollout projects to expand network footprints and collaborate with regional business units to align network readiness with sales activities. Respond immediately to authority and governing bodies regarding O&M issues and fulfill enterprise customer support requirements. Ensure full compliance with inventory and service delivery standards.
