Job Summary

Operate and troubleshoot a globally distributed Data Center network, diagnosing Layer 1–3 routing and switching issues. Perform fault isolation, manage critical event escalations, and support backbone network repair tickets during business hours. Collaborate with facilities teams on maintenance activities and coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements via RMA processes. Proactively identify performance issues, optimize configurations, and contribute to automation efforts for continuous improvement. Document incident resolution steps, maintain accurate logs, and refine standard operating procedures based on recurring network challenges.
