Job Summary
Monitor core network health using enterprise tools like SolarWinds and Thousandeyes, responding immediately to system alerts. Validate incoming alerts, perform initial diagnostic checks, and escalate complex issues to NOC Engineers following standard operating procedures. Assist in generating network performance metrics, track device inventory, and maintain network documentation. This role supports maximum service availability across TaskUs infrastructure while working onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field with basic networking fundamentals.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Basic grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model, DNS/DHCP, Subnetting, Routing/Switching)
- Basic familiarity with network diagnostics (ping, traceroute, Wireshark)
- Monday to Friday only
- Onsite
- 8AM to 5PM
