Job Summary
Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician II responsible for monitoring, maintaining, andTroubleshooting Vision Net’s carrier and enterprise network infrastructure to ensure continuous service. Provides first-call customer service to Wholesale and Enterprise clients, monitors networks, processes incidents, and manages tickets/service orders. Assists in configuration and provisioning of network elements (routers, switches, firewalls), maintains accurate records, and follows ITIL/ITSM practices. Requires 2+ years in a NOC or similar role and certifications such as CCNA/JNCIA/JNCIS/MCSE; education preferred as Associate or Bachelor’s in IT/Network Engineering. This is a Full-Time, non-exempt role based in Great Falls, MT with 24x7x365 coverage and rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Network Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Certifications: At least (1) relevant certification such as CCNA, JNCIA, JNCIS, MCSE is required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center or similar role.
