Job Summary

Develop and implement data collection methods to establish processes for systematically collecting key performance metrics throughout each supported mission. Conduct mission reporting by independently refining customer requirements and developing detailed reports supporting operational objectives. Analyze ticket management data to produce reports on trouble tickets, identify trends, and categorize issues to improve operational performance. Monitor network performance by evaluating bandwidth utilization and consumption throughout the mission lifecycle. Create comprehensive documentation of approved processes and procedures to establish a repeatable framework for future mission support. Present technical findings and recommendations to senior Government and military leadership to support operational decision-making. This role supports the Global Solutions Management-Operations II team at MacDill AFB, FL, focusing on en-route, early entry, scalable C5 support for Regional Combatant Commands.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship
  • active Secret clearance
  • Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ce, CCNA Security, CySA+, etc.)
  • BS Degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree

Desired Qualifications

  • CCNA highly desired
  • Experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems
  • Database experience
