Job Summary
Oversees the sequencing and timing of operations for a group of work centers across the BU network to optimize production flow and meet production targets. Responsible for planning work centers across the BU network and optimizing sequences to support customer service, minimize changeovers, and maintain short- to mid-term inventory. Maintains capacity planning master data (work center master, routings, downtime) and develops contingency plans for unexpected events. Ensures production schedules comply with regulations and quality standards. Collaborates with S&OE, Network Scheduling Manager, Plant Operations, Logistics Managers, and Material Planners to ensure materials availability and schedule feasibility. This role requires strong data analysis, prioritization, and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work across functions in a hybrid environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years in manufacturing or scheduling roles
- 3+ years of work supply chain role (desired)
- Able to analyze data, draw reasonable conclusions, and formulate next steps
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communicator
- Experience in setting priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
- Demonstrated strong aptitude in analysis, root cause identification, and problem solving
