Network Manager with Meraki Experience

Job Summary
The Network Manager will oversee the engineering team in delivering complex network projects while providing technical leadership and managing client relations. Key responsibilities include evaluating and refining deployment methodologies, leading design workshops, and supporting pre-sales activities. Required skills include extensive knowledge in Core Routing and Switching, strong technical account management, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Candidates should possess a Cisco® CCNP/CCIE certificate or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree, and eight years of relevant experience. Flexibility for client visits is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Cisco® CCNP/CCIE certificate OR equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Core Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong technical and leadership skills - ability to provide insight to enhance the viability of the business & drive differentiation in the market place
- Must possess strong technical account management skills and have excellent troubleshooting skills
- 8 years of related experience with project Deliverables from a VAR/Integrator experience (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience working closely with customers and collaborating with IT staff
Desired Qualifications
- Cisco Meraki experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Solid documentation experience with Microsoft® Visio, Word, and Excel
- Ambitious and goal-oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete
- Prior management experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility and having a car is a must for this position as the successful candidate will be visiting client sites quite regularly
