Job Summary
Oversee IT department operations by managing network infrastructure including Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Aruba equipment, while administering Microsoft Server Active Directory, file servers, and the AVAYA phone system. Implement cybersecurity measures using ESET Protect and manage backup solutions with Acronis. Develop PowerShell and SQL scripts for automation, support ERP integrations via API coding, and maintain Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace environments. Troubleshoot network and security issues to ensure system reliability. This role requires 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with a full-time schedule offering Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance, 401(k) matching, and 35 days of paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Network Administrator or Systems Administrator
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Expertise in Microsoft Server Active Directory management
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, and Aruba networking equipment
- Experience managing AVAYA phone systems
- Knowledge of ESET Protect, Acronis, and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, API development, and system automation
- Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL scripting
- Basic coding skills for website updates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience managing Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Keyscan door control systems and KRONOS HRIS
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
