Job Summary
Senior Network Manager/Architect role focusing on designing and scaling a global, high-performance network. Responsibilities include architecting and evolving a global network infrastructure (40% core networking, 40% automation/engineering with IaC, 20% trading exposure as a nice-to-have), driving an automation-first approach using Ansible and Terraform, and leading a small team of 2 direct reports while remaining hands-on. Desired candidates have strong network design and architecture background, deep automation/IaC experience, and a track record of technical leadership while staying highly technical. Remote-friendly with EST/CST hours and occasional travel. Location: Boston, MA (remote-friendly hybrid). The role targets a senior/lead network engineer seeking greater ownership and architectural influence while staying engaged with hands-on technical work.
