Job Summary
Coordinate network growth and ensure partner compliance across ~400 programs; manage a caseload of ~100 partners, focusing on neighbor-centered experiences, capacity building, and compliance with policies and grants. Lead site visits, partner engagement, and annual strategic planning; provide excellent partner support and input for newsletters and impact reporting; travel as needed including evenings/weekends; requires Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent), 3+ years of experience, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to obtain food handling certification within 60 days, a valid driver’s license, and clearance (Act 33 & 34).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- A minimum of three years of programmatic and training experience in a related field.
- Ability to effectively communicate difficult information in an appropriate manner.
