Network Field Maintenance Engineer

Responsible for the Operations & Maintenance and Restoration of Access Network Equipment including Wireless, Wireline, Data and Transmission. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, incident and event management to minimize service impact. Direct supplier management to ensure SLAs are met; conduct audits of PAT/HAT/SAT for new equipment; escalate defects to acceptance governance. Maintain site and network databases (site addresses, topology, BOP, etc.) and manage spares and resources; ensure proper handling of tools with calibration cycles; participate in BIA/BCMS exercises and keep CMDP portal updates. Lead on ad hoc tasks and projects, and support CSR activities. Demonstrates strong communication, leadership and field-operations skills. Preferred with 2+ years telecom experience or a relevant bachelor’s degree, with licensed ECE/EE/ComE qualification or related telecom experience.
