Job Summary
Oversee network-wide facilities operations, lead campus facilities staff and vendors, ensure compliance with building codes and inspections, develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and monitoring systems, manage bids and contracts, coordinate onboarding and training for Operations Directors and Facilities Managers, and drive strategic facilities planning and budgeting across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a facilities-related field; or facilities-related trade school with two years' experience; or five years' experience in facilities management or construction industry
- Trade certification (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is a plus
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical instructions; strong communication skills; ability to present information to management; English proficiency; basic Spanish preferred but not required
- CMMS experience and ability to learn budgeting tools
