Network Expansion Executive/ Manager (Working Abroad)

Develop and execute global service network expansion plans aligned with VinFast's business strategy and UIO planning. Define optimal service coverage models including authorized partners, third-party workshops, and mobile services for each market. Identify, evaluate, and engage potential service workshop partners across international markets while leading negotiations to establish the authorized network. Propose policies, standards, and incentive programs to accelerate onboarding and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Service, Operations, and Finance teams. Monitor network performance using KPIs related to coverage, capacity, quality, and customer satisfaction, providing regular reporting on progress and risks to senior management. Bachelor's degree required with experience in after-sales network expansion and international operations.
