Job Summary
Lead a team of network engineers within the Lifecycle Services and Solutions – Modernizations & Upgrades organization. Manage workload, monitor team utilization, balance assignments to align with project demands, and track backlog with regular progress updates. Provide hands-on technical support while coaching and mentoring engineers to maintain current knowledge of industry technologies. Oversee development of network specifications and configurations for SCADA/PLC/industrial automation, guide OT network architecture, and ensure cybersecurity design principles are integrated into projects. Recruit and onboard new team members, drive talent development, and uphold a Safety-First culture with focus on on-time delivery and quality. Travel up to 25% and collaborate across remote, office, and customer-site environments to deliver projects. Demonstrates strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management and/or people leadership roles
- Willingness to travel up to 25% and work additional hours as needed to support project demands
