Job Summary
Resolve network issues beyond Tier 1 scope by acting as the first escalation point for Network Administrators. Configure and support switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless controllers while troubleshooting connectivity problems and escalating complex items. Contribute to project implementations by executing assigned tasks and collaborating with senior staff, and create updated documentation for configurations and processes. Participate in rotating on-call support covering nights and weekends, with some travel to company sites for projects. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with two to five years in professional networking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two to five years of professional networking experience required
