Job Summary
Manage, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure in Taiwan by configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers, and VPN solutions. Monitor network performance to ensure maximum availability, diagnose complex incidents with root cause analysis, and implement changes with minimal downtime. Configure routing protocols, VLANs, and security policies while coordinating with ISPs and vendors to resolve issues. Create network documentation, participate in planned maintenance, and provide on-call support for L2/L3 environments. Requires 5–8+ years of experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel within Taiwan.
Required Qualifications
- L2: 3–5 years of enterprise networking experience
- L3: 5–8+ years of experience in enterprise/data center network engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field
- English – Professional working proficiency
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs, STP, RSTP, MSTP, HSRP, VRRP, QoS, ACLs, NAT, DNS, DHCP, VPN, MPLS, and SD-WAN
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst/Nexus, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Huawei, or similar enterprise networking platforms
- Experience with routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
- Strong understanding of firewall policies, IPS/IDS, and network security best practices
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan, if required

- CCNA / CCNP Enterprise
- Fortinet NSE
- Palo Alto PCNSA / PCNSE
- JNCIA / JNCIS
- Aruba Certified Professional
- ITIL Foundation
- Mandarin Chinese – Preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
