Job Summary
Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade network infrastructure components including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure high availability and optimal connectivity. Maintain network documentation and support security compliance through firewall configurations and threat detection tools. Assist with network architecture design, routing, switching, and infrastructure improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Provide day-to-day operational support in a NOC environment with potential on-call rotation and travel to field offices. Requires 12+ years of experience with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, valid driver's license, and relocation to Blythewood, SC.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ Years experience
- Reside in SC, NC, or GA
- Willing to relocate within 40 miles of Blythewood, SC before the start date
- Valid driver's license
- 10+ years of experience with Cisco firewalls
- 10+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches
- 10+ years of experience with Cisco VPN and network administration
- 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto firewalls
- 5+ years of experience with Palo Alto XDR
- Strong expertise in network troubleshooting, routing, and switching
- CCNA certification
- CCNP certification
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Experience with network monitoring and tracing tools
- 10+ years of experience with Strong knowledge of core network architecture
- 10+ years of experience with advanced troubleshooting, routing, and switching
- 4+ years of experience with Experience with wireless networks
- 3+ years of experience with Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure
