Job Summary
Network Operations Engineer to monitor network infrastructure, troubleshoot incidents, and support ongoing operations to ensure reliable performance across a large-scale network environment. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting mission-critical network infrastructure. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in network operations or technical support supporting live production environments
- Hands-on experience with Cisco or Juniper routers and switches, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of routing protocols, network performance troubleshooting, and network security fundamentals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support users through ticketing systems, documentation, and incident response
