Job Summary
Install, configure, and manage fibre cabling on Cisco network equipment while performing rack and stack activities for network and server hardware. Provide local assistance to remote teams during production incidents, coordinate interventions and troubleshooting on Cisco equipment, and work closely with project teams to deliver technical input and support during network-related initiatives. Create and maintain accurate documentation of network architecture, policies, procedures, and best practices. This 100% onsite role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with excellent Greek and upper-intermediate English proficiency. The position is a temporary contract for 6 months with a possibility to extend, including opportunities for training via Stefanini LinkedIn Learning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- Familiarity with Cisco hardware and fibre cabling
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordination and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Greek: Excellent written and spoken proficiency - mandatory
- English: Upper-intermediate written and spoken proficiency - mandatory
